Instructor Layouts

These layouts are priced at $34.95 - $49.95 each and come shipped ready for framing. The colored backgrounds will cost an additional $5.00 per layout due to the additional ink required to print them. All layouts can be customized but usually ship in 11x17 inch or 13x19 inch formats. We can also produce 8.5x11 formats for $5.00 less per print but the smaller size means limited content with less space with which to work. All prints are on Epson high quality paper and rated to last over 100 years when framed under glass.

If multiple prints are ordered from the same layout then discounts are available. Discounts are also available if the same format is chosen for three students or more from the same school or style. Before mailing we ship you a pdf format preview for you to proof and approve. Please note that some of the layouts shown here under the Instructor page are shown again on the Student page with the only difference at changing the photograph. This was done initially as a request from several schools that wanted conformity. It seemed popular so we decided to display it here on the site. We are always changing what we can offer so every few months you might find different ideas displayed here at the site. If you have thoughts we are happy to try them as a layout idea. If we can make it look good then we are happy to offer them. We can also do custom work where we will not create an exact copy for any other school so you can have an original design.

You are welcome to send us the artwork for your logo and any special motto or school saying your would like to see on the layout. When you ship your photograph please send 8x10 (5x7 minimum) in print form and add $4.95 for scanning. You can save money by shipping digital photographs of at least 6 megapixel in jpeg or tiff format (we shoot in 8-10 megs). Let me know if you would like your original artwork back and it will be shipped with the final prints. You can save money by having multiple prints shipped to the same address. Prints are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS and charged the cost of shipping plus $8.95 for special packaging and handling. This is very rarely over $14.95 for larger packaging and shipping. The packaging can hold as many as 50 prints so volume shipping will always save on postage.
